In the event of appointment cancellations, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to allow for proper scheduling adjustments. All bookings require a deposit, and failure to provide a timely cancellation notice may result in a cancellation fee and the forfeit of any deposit. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
