Terms & Conditions


We recommend contacting our team promptly to ensure you secure your preferred appointment time, as appointments book out. You can book appointments via our online booking system on our website or social media channels or by calling our clinic on 03 7031 7111.

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. We can reserve your appointment for up to 1 hour whilst you process the deposit. Please note that we can only finalise your booking once the payment is received. We can send payment links but If you plan to use a credit or gift voucher, kindly contact our receptionist and she will  process the payment for you.


To ensure punctuality and efficient scheduling for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If it's your first visit, please allocate additional time to complete our consent form.

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may regrettably be cancelled, and your full deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our appointment schedule.

Cancellations & No Shows

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made without 48 hours' notice will result in the total loss of the deposit. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiture of the session. No shows to appointments will be automatically invoiced half of the treatment price to be paid.

Payments, Refunds & Exchanges

All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable. Payments made for services have a 6-month holding period. Retail purchases are exchangeable within seven days if the original packaging is intact, some circumstances with skin care may be exchangeable with Àesthetica’s approval. 

Packages & Credits

Prepaid packages and credits are non refundable and non transferable. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase, and extensions cannot be granted once they have expired.

Medical Conditions

Before booking, please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments. A doctor's letter may be required to ensure safe treatment for specific medical conditions.

Minimum Age

Parent or guardian consent is required for children and teenagers under 18. We do not cater to children under 12.

Personal Hygiene

We appreciate your cooperation in arriving hygienically for your appointment. Please arrive clean-shaven for laser hair removal treatments. Hygiene towels, razors, and makeup remover are available before treatments.
